The First Meeting of the Executive Council of IABU

The Executive Council of the International Association of Buddhist Universities is meeting for the first time in Bangkok next week. The two-day meeting takes place at its Headquarters, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, on 13 and 14 January 2008/2551. All the seventeen members of the Council are expected to attend the meeting.
 
The Council is expected to discuss important organisational issues in an effort to strengthen its operation and also to decide to hold in the new campus of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University a geneal meeting of the Member-Institutions with a submit and an academic conference.
