Notification of the MCU Center for Anti-COVID-19 Pandemic

   As Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Order No.227/2020  on the appointment of the Committee of the MCU Center for Anti-COVID-19  Pandemic, dated 20 March 2020 and the Notification of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University on Preventive Measures of COVID-19 Pandemic No.14, dated 31 July 2021 as known.

   Since the COVID-19 pandemic situation tends to widely intensify, therefore the MCU Center for Anti-COVID-19 Pandemic imposes preventive guidelines and measures against COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with  the strict measures of Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University as follows:

      1. Administrators, personnel and employees are required to submit a performance report of work from home during the COVID-19 situation to the working unit's chief in charge in hierarchy  by following up on the workload via online system to give advice to personnel under supervision as appropriate.

       2. Administrators, personnel, employees, students and residents of the university must wear masks all the time to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic and must wear properly as recommended by the Ministry of Public Health strictly.

      3. Only the main gate of the university is opened for entrance by having to pass the screening point, temperature measurement and showing the university card to the university security personnel at all times.

       4. A set of the take away food for breakfast and lunch provided for monk personnel and students shall be made and delivered under the supervision of the Student Affairs Division. Sitting and eating together are strictly prohibited.

      5.  The Student Affairs Division supervises personnel, employees and students residing in all student dormitories increasing the strictness of entry and exit to the accommodation, doing activities together and strictly adhering to the measures of the university.

     6. Cleanliness and spraying disinfectants around the university buildings and areas against COVID-19 pandemic, preparation of various equipment and facilitating the field hospital (Main campus) are assigned to Assistant Rector for Assets Administration and groups to consider taking action as appropriate.

      7. The university construction contractors are required to direct and supervise workers to strictly comply with the university measures.

  8. Any other cases apart from these are assigned to Assistant Rector for Assets Administration and groups to consider an appropriate means of operations, and to periodically report the results of operations to the Committee of MCU Center for Anti-COVID-19 Pandemic.

    9. For all provincial campuses, colleges and educational service units, guidelines and measures to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic shall be applied mutatis mutandis as appropriate.

     This is effective on 2nd August 2021 onwards until there is another notification.
